About the Role
The Physical Therapist will treat various age groups, including pediatrics, adolescent, adult, and geriatric clients, with professionalism and competence. This position requires active participation in departmental growth and quality management, focusing on quality patient care driven by outcomes, best practices, and mentorship. To succeed, you should have a background in healthcare, preferably with one year of experience as a licensed PT/OT/CF-SLP. Inpatient Speech Therapists must hold a license in NH, while others need licensure in their state of hire and eligibility for licensure in another state within three months. Continuous education and certification in BLS Healthcare Provider Level CPR are also mandatory. Depending on the department, working two evenings per week or participating in a holiday and weekend rotation might be necessary.
