We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to join our team as a travel nurse RN in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

About the Job:

This is an 8-week assignment with guaranteed hours of 40 per week. The shift will be 8 hours, days, from 08:00:00 to 16:30:00.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the nursing team in a long-term care setting
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing (RN)
  • Current licensure in good standing
  • Experience in leadership roles in long-term care settings
