Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team at Kelly. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing troubleshooting and repair of analytical equipment, traveling to customer locations to perform maintenance and repairs, and providing technical support for our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform troubleshooting and repair of analytical equipment
  • Travel to customer locations to perform maintenance and repairs (25% travel)
  • Provide technical support for our customer base
  • Read and understand schematics, pinout instructions, and engineering drawings
  • Troubleshoot and repair circuit board assemblies to the component level
  • Use standard electronic assembly and testing equipment, such as soldering irons, multimeters, crimp tools, and torque tools
  • Be detail-oriented, a self-starter, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ensure safe work behaviors and compliance with all safety standards
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in electronics or 1-2 years of similar experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in a production-oriented environment, following standard operating procedures and manufacturing schedules
  • Strong work ethic and social skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English
  • Able to work sitting or standing for extended periods of time
  • Willing to undergo on-the-job training
  • Computer literate, with the ability to use Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to occasionally lift 50 lbs - 75 lbs
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Able to work independently and be a quality-oriented team player
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and have a valid driver's license
  • Able to work Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 4:45 pm and Friday 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
