Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a foreman, particularly in grading or earthmoving.
  • Proficient in operating heavy machinery.
  • Capability to lift up to 70 lbs. repeatedly.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license (CDL preferred or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong attendance and punctuality record.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and physical examination.
