Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Resident Engagement Coordinator to join our team in Inspirations, our innovative program designed for residents with early-stage memory loss. The successful candidate will play a vital role in developing, planning, and executing resident engagement programs and events tailored to meet the unique needs and interests of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement resident-centered programming that stimulates physical, emotional, and social engagement;
  • Foster a sense of community and camaraderie among residents and staff;
  • Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress;
  • Collaborate with the Lifestyle Director to ensure seamless integration of programs and activities;
  • Assist with event planning, logistics, and execution;
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication with residents, families, and staff;
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Experience working with seniors, particularly those with dementia or Alzheimer's disease;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications;
  • Physical ability to perform duties related to program implementation and event planning.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
