Key Responsibilities of the Instructional Coordinator:

  • Provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support services
  • Comprehend and advocate for the NCR-IADS mission
  • Exhibit adaptability and responsiveness in a high-pressure environment
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of pertinent systems and their integration into Homeland Defense
  • Willingness to travel to tactical field site locations as necessary

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience contributing to Army and/or Joint programs
  • Knowledge of hardware and system specifications for the NCR-IADS
  • In-depth understanding of Air and Missile Defense tactical system operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to generate event reports and deliver briefings
  • Possession of an Active Security Clearance

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing tactical data link networks
  • Familiarity with Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes
  • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Security +, Network +)
  • Knowledge of US Army Air Defense Weapons Systems
  • Documented experience with NCR-IADS

Educational Background:

  • Required: BA/BS from an accredited institution in a technical discipline, with a preference for engineering degrees.
  • Preferred: MA/MS from an accredited institution in a technical discipline.
