Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a crew of industrial cleaning laborers, ensuring high-pressure water blasting, vacuum truck work, and general cleanup are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Organize crews, delegate job responsibilities, and verify that all necessary equipment is available on-site to complete the job.
  • Drive and operate equipment to various regional locations.
  • Engage with clients and vendors to determine their needs and recommend services that meet their requirements.
  • Enforce jobsite safety and comply with all OSHA regulations and hth companies' Safety Program.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing team dedicated to customer service.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in the construction/industrial field with some management experience.
  • Class B CDL preferred, but not required.
  • Knowledge of high-pressure hydro blast equipment, including different tips and pressures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Working understanding of safety principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Teams and Office Suite or related software.
