Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR best practices, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Support the Jaipur location by promoting, communicating, and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, building and maintaining influential relationships with leadership and advocating for employees, fostering a culture of openness, trust, integrity, and collaboration.
  • Provide HR guidance to line managers on complex employee issues, performance management, and career development plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and HR strategies.
  • Perform daily HR operations functions for a group of 100+ employees, including employee engagement, onboarding and offboarding, talent management, performance reviews, and career development.
  • Demonstrate effective negotiation skills when navigating employee compensation, benefits discussions, conflict resolution, and organizational change efforts.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and tracking HR metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Lead initiatives to promote a diverse, inclusive, and accessible workplace.
  • Facilitate clear, transparent, and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and programs, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar, with proven success in fast-paced, dynamic, technology environments.
  • Proven experience independently managing HR activities for a group of 100+ employees.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills – articulate, vocal, and persuasive with the ability to present ideas clearly to influence decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels, across generations, and diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, act with integrity, think strategically, problem-solve, and lead change initiatives.
  • Experience conducting market research and presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience and working knowledge of HRIS including GreytHR (expected) and Paylocity (preferred but not required).
