Senior HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR best practices, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives.
- Support the Jaipur location by promoting, communicating, and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor, building and maintaining influential relationships with leadership and advocating for employees, fostering a culture of openness, trust, integrity, and collaboration.
- Provide HR guidance to line managers on complex employee issues, performance management, and career development plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and HR strategies.
- Perform daily HR operations functions for a group of 100+ employees, including employee engagement, onboarding and offboarding, talent management, performance reviews, and career development.
- Demonstrate effective negotiation skills when navigating employee compensation, benefits discussions, conflict resolution, and organizational change efforts.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and tracking HR metrics.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and industry standards.
- Lead initiatives to promote a diverse, inclusive, and accessible workplace.
- Facilitate clear, transparent, and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and programs, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar, with proven success in fast-paced, dynamic, technology environments.
- Proven experience independently managing HR activities for a group of 100+ employees.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills – articulate, vocal, and persuasive with the ability to present ideas clearly to influence decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels, across generations, and diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, act with integrity, think strategically, problem-solve, and lead change initiatives.
- Experience conducting market research and presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience and working knowledge of HRIS including GreytHR (expected) and Paylocity (preferred but not required).
