Position Overview:
RIVERSIDE REHABILITATION HOSPITAL
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Role: Registered Nurse
Shift: Nights - Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a Nursing Assistant to manage a defined patient case load.
- Assist patients in reaching their individual care objectives and milestones.
- Conduct initial and ongoing comprehensive patient evaluations.
- Ensure timely and precise documentation through the EPIC system.
- Analyze assessment and diagnostic data, including laboratory results and telemetry.
- Guarantee accurate transcription and processing of medical orders.
- Promote continuous quality enhancement in patient care.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families.
Qualifications:
Essential Requirements:
- Possession of a valid State RN License.
- BLS certification required upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BSN degree or enrollment in a BSN program.
- Previous clinical experience is advantageous.
