Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our regional sales team at Integrated Power Services. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Lead and manage a regional sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer support.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, provide regular reports, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or related experience.
- 5+ years of high-performance selling experience with similar product applications.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on sales performance and customer satisfaction.
