About the Role

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on location and experience. As a Hospice LPN, you will provide direct patient care services, evaluate patient needs, and assist in preparing and executing plans of care. You will also report findings or changes in patient condition to the interdisciplinary team and referring physician.

To succeed in this role, you should have a compassionate heart, be comfortable providing care in various settings, demonstrate flexibility and composure during challenging situations, and possess a strong foundation in patient care with at least one year of experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology settings.

In addition to your professional skills and qualifications, you should be licensed to practice as an LPN in the state where you'll be working and hold a current driver's license and automobile insurance. We also require current CPR certification.
