- Certification as a Medical Assistant or Clinical Medical Assistant.
- Graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting program or two years of experience working in the medical field as a medical assistant.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
