In the capacity of a Service Equipment Specialist, you will represent Glory and play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer service interactions with professionalism and care.
- Troubleshooting and repairing a diverse range of high-speed cash handling machinery, such as coin sorters and currency counters.
- Maintaining an organized inventory of parts and tools.
- Keeping updated on the latest technical advancements related to Glory’s equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring satisfaction.
- Diagnosing and resolving system issues effectively.
- Communicating progress updates to clients during maintenance activities.
- Executing machine installations and system upgrades as required.
- Adhering to safety protocols and completing necessary training.
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $20 - $27 per hour, with adjustments based on experience, education, and other relevant factors.
