Job Summary

Cogent is seeking a highly skilled Control Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems for various industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop control systems for industrial processes
  • Program PLCs, HMIs, and MMI control systems
  • Develop SCADA systems and communications networks
  • Design and integrate instrumentation and process control systems
  • Develop custom control panel designs
  • Test and commission control systems
  • Provide operator training and technical support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Strong computer science and technology skills
  • Experience with PLC, HMI, and MMI programming
  • Knowledge of industrial networking and communications protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
