Job Title: Chef de Cuisine

At Aramark, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and lead kitchen personnel to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Supervise and coordinate all related culinary activities, including food ordering and inventory management.
  • Estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Select and develop recipes to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
  • Establish presentation techniques and quality standards, and plan and price menus to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance, and ensure proper safety and sanitation in the kitchen.
  • Oversee special catering events and may also offer culinary instruction and/or demonstrate culinary techniques.
