Position Overview:

The Scenic Production Manager position demands a multifaceted skill set to cultivate and sustain both internal and B2B sales and rental opportunities. Responsibilities include designing 3D structures, generating technical drawings for clients, shops, and venues, overseeing the production of graphic design files, spearheading the AV Drop product development, guiding the AV Drop team, and supporting on-site and shop activities as necessary for successful product and project delivery. This role also involves managing sales projects from quotation to fulfillment and overseeing Digital Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and secure orders from current and prospective clients through relationship-focused sales strategies.
  • Maintain effective relationships with the client base.
  • Balance the needs of the team, clients, and business with agility.
  • Custom-design AV Drop solutions tailored to various applications based on client specifications.
  • Collaborate with the fabrication team to meet project timelines and specifications.
  • Demonstrate products and services to clients, assisting them in selecting optimal solutions.
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals and quotations for clients.
  • Coordinate sales initiatives with various internal departments.
  • Evaluate product/service advantages relative to competitors.
  • Provide updates on sales performance and client feedback.
  • Stay informed about product applications, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Utilize project management expertise on key initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless project execution within defined scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Represent the organization at industry trade shows.
  • Perform additional assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Vectorworks.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite applications.
  • Experience with Rental Management Software.
  • Advanced skills in Office Suite.
  • Background in event design, production, or management.
  • Prior experience in sales support within relevant environments.
  • Fluency in Spanish for effective collaboration with partners and departments.
  • Experience in project management.
