Job Description: As a Regional Sales Director at Coloplast, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales plans, and leading a regional sales team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop effective product support, pricing, and other initiatives. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategies to meet or exceed organizational key performance indicators, sales targets, and quotas.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies for the assigned region.
  • Lead a regional sales team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed organizational key performance indicators, sales targets, and quotas.
  • Monitor account performance and redirect efforts when goals are not being met.
  • Foster strong relationships with key customers and employees externally and internally.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years successful sales experience required.
  • 3+ years successful sales management experience preferred.
  • Urology background and/or medical device sales experience preferred.
  • Proven success in sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.


Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $150,000 - $200,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
