About the Role

The Director of Sales and Marketing plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. As a key member of the properties' Executive Committee, you will lead the Sales and Marketing operation of the hotel, focusing on budget management, revenue forecasting, advertising, marketing, and business planning.

Your Key Responsibilities

">

You will oversee the supervision of sales managers, trainees, interns, and administrative staff, as well as manage the recruitment and hiring of sales staff. Additionally, you will develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals and maximize hotel revenues. Your technical skills should include proficiency in general computer knowledge, as well as the ability to train and monitor both group and transient contractual agreement processes.

About You

">

To succeed in this role, you will require 6 years or more of progressive hotel Sales experience, preferably with Hyatt. You should be able to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and communicate effectively across various channels. A Hotel/Hospitality degree is not mandatory but would be beneficial. The ideal candidate will be driven, motivated, and results-focused, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
