Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with QA, development, and product teams to develop efficient automation strategies that accelerate delivery while maintaining high standards of quality.

  • Design, implement, and uphold dependable automated test suites.
  • Evaluate and document test outcomes.
  • Manage bug tracking processes.
  • Assess test coverage metrics.
  • Introduce innovative ideas to refine existing test suites in alignment with industry best practices and the agile testing pyramid.
  • Conduct exploratory manual testing as required.
  • Track testing effectiveness and suggest enhancements based on analytical insights.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software or web application testing.
  • Proficient in API and End-to-End Testing.
  • Experience with Postman is a plus.
  • Capability to develop automated tests for API testing.

Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) is necessary.

  • JavaScript is preferred, but any OOP language is acceptable.

Experience with testing frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium Webdriver, Webdriver IO, Playwright, or Katalon Studio is required.

  • Understanding of API Testing is essential.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with GitHub is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with GitHub Actions is a bonus.
  • Background in performance testing is desirable.
  • Knowledge of various assertion libraries is a plus.
