Position Overview: E-Commerce Order Fulfillment Associate

The E-Commerce Order Fulfillment Associate is essential in delivering a seamless shopping experience by efficiently processing online orders. This role involves locating products for online customers both in the stockroom and on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) orders within designated timeframes.
  • Ensure timely shipping of Pick Pack and Ship (PPS) orders.
  • Accurately pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
  • Manage, organize, and fulfill layaway orders during busy periods.
  • Deliver outstanding service to customers while supporting company initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment safely.
  • Physical capability to lift and move heavy items regularly.
  • Comfortable working in diverse warehouse environments.
