About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Scheels. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cafe area and surrounding areas
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in food service or customer-facing role preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
