The Human Resources Generalist at Rutland Regional Medical Center plays a pivotal role in supporting the organization's HR practices and objectives. This position emphasizes empowerment and ongoing development of an engaged workforce, fostering an employee-oriented culture that drives success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the implementation of HR services, policies, and programs to support business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to employees and leaders on HR-related matters.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of various HR functions, including Performance Management, Recruitment, Workforce Planning, Benefits, Compensation, Policies, and Procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address HR-related issues and concerns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
  • HR Generalist experience with a focus on Performance Management, Recruitment, Workforce Planning, Benefits, Compensation, Policies, and Procedures.
  • Prior experience participating in community councils, committees, or boards with HR emphasis is preferred.
  • PHR, SPHR, CCP, CBP, or related HR certification is preferred.

  • Highly discreet and able to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple HR disciplines.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to establish healthy working relationships.
  • Intermediate Microsoft desktop application skills.

Salary Range: $54,000 - $85,000.00
