Key Responsibilities- Monitor and Respond to Emergencies: Respond promptly and effectively to building alarm and emergency systems, ensuring the safety of everyone on site.
- Conduct Regular Patrols: Regularly patrol the building, garage, boiler and generator rooms, and parking lots to identify and address potential security risks.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors, residents, and vendors with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage Emergency Reports: Complete accurate and concise emergency reports, ensuring that all necessary information is documented and communicated to relevant parties.
- Operate Communication Systems: Answer the telephone, take accurate messages, and ensure timely delivery of messages to the appropriate person.
- Identify and Address Maintenance Issues: Recognize and respond to mechanical and maintenance issues, communicating effectively with staff and contractors to ensure prompt resolution.
- Basic Computer Skills: Possess basic knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience of 1-3 years is preferred, but not required.
- Education: A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required.
