Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including checking-in and checking-out guests, handling room assignments, and processing payments.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and entertainment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods, with regular walking and standing.

Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
