Medical Receptionist

Cumberland Physical Therapy is seeking a skilled Front Desk Administrator to join their team in Sparta, TN. This part-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a cohesive and highly reputable environment that prioritizes patient care, teamwork, and community engagement.

As a Front Desk Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service, greeting, and checking in/out patients, collecting co-pays, verifying insurance coverage, and scheduling appointments. You will also process new therapy referrals, coordinate starts of care with therapy staff and contracted agencies, and ensure timely starts of care for new patients.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and good judgment, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Applications. Previous experience working in a healthcare setting is ideal, but not required. We offer a competitive salary range of $12.00-$14.00 per hour, 401K with 50% employer match up to 6%, and a supportive team environment.
