Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Product Specialist to join our team at Automotive Career Professionals. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience when purchasing a vehicle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 100% customer satisfaction to all customers, 100% of the time.
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Promptly assist any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Establish daily, weekly and monthly goals and a strategy to meet them.
  • Study, learn, and maintain a working knowledge of vehicles offered.
  • Demonstration and Presentation of vehicles to customers.
  • Continuous product knowledge training.
  • Maintaining an enthusiastic & positive attitude.
  • Attending training and dealership scheduled meetings.
  • Understanding the importance of customer service.
  • Maintaining a prospect development system.
Requirements
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
  • You must have a good driving record (DMV print out required).
  • Applicants should also have a professional appearance.
  • High school degree (or equivalent).
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • High-energy, positive, out-going individuals with strong verbal communication skills.
