Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Events Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning and executing compelling and efficient marketing plans aimed at generating increased awareness and sales in local markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Retail Marketing department to ensure consistency in strategy and brand localization visuals.
  • Plan and execute studio events, product launches, test drive events, and community outreach activities.
  • Develop event themes, goals, and blueprints in collaboration with the Market Leader and Regional Marketing Lead.
  • Coordinate event and customer experience logistics, including venue, permits, and transportation.
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to secure necessary resources.
  • Partner closely with sales and studio teams to achieve monthly and annual sales targets through quarterly marketing plans.
  • Create marketing plans for sales studios based on a solid understanding of local market trends.
  • Measure, report, and optimize marketing plans based on results.
  • Ensure studios have correct visuals and prompts for tactical initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver consistent studio consumer-facing materials, including invitations, messages, and templates.
  • Investigate local brand partnerships and media outlets to increase visibility, awareness, and sales.
  • Support and oversee marketing activities related to new studio openings.
  • Evaluate event success through event debrief framework.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of retail marketing experience, preferably in the automotive or luxury industries.
  • 2+ years of marketing event coordination experience.
  • Flexibility to execute in the field at events and work within a retail environment as needed.
  • Ability to travel locally with occasional overnight travel.
  • Digital marketing experience with a proven track record.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM management, preferably in Salesforce.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage, and complete multiple projects simultaneously.
