Key Responsibilities

The Family Medicine APP coordinates the activities of the primary healthcare team, ensuring optimal patient care services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating laboratory studies, diagnostic procedures, and services such as labs, x-rays, and referrals
  • Documenting relevant data in the patient's medical record, including results of diagnostic tests, laboratory results, and patient condition
  • Providing direct patient care for up to 36 hours per week

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also be willing to work Monday - Friday, 8a-5pm.
