Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Tustin Toyota. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Answering Calls: Answer all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner, routing calls to the appropriate employee or department as needed.
- Message Taking: Take written messages from occupied personnel and notify them as soon as possible regarding pending messages.
- Customer Support: Address customer concerns and issues or escalate them as needed.
- Clerical Tasks: Assist with clerical/office tasks, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, sending bills, answering phones, ordering supplies, etc.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information at all times.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Experience: Previous retail and/or customer service experience, preferably in an automotive dealership.
- Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress. Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
