Market Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Development Specialist to join our team at Master Builders Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in introducing and testing new performance-enhancing additives, driving innovation in cement and binder manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with research and development teams to understand the characteristics and benefits of new performance additives.
  • Develop comprehensive plans for the introduction of new performance additives into cement and binder manufacturing processes.
  • Coordinate with production facilities to ensure seamless integration of new products.
  • Design and implement testing protocols to evaluate the performance of new performance additives.
  • Conduct on-site trials and experiments to assess the efficacy of new products in real-world conditions.
  • Provide technical support to production teams regarding the use and optimization of performance additives.
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops to educate internal teams and customers on the benefits and best practices of using performance additives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in the cement industry, with a focus on grinding processes and additives.
  • Strong understanding of cement chemistry and supplementary cementing materials (SCM) manufacturing and grinding processes.
  • Proven track record in designing and conducting experiments, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
