Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative is a key role at Nature's Way, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels. This position requires a professional and courteous approach to handling consumer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to consumer inquiries via phone, email, fax, and social media in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Provide transactional support for consumer direct orders, including order entry, account maintenance, delivery tracking, and returns processing.
  • Utilize SAP order processing, SAP Cloud 4 Customer (CRM) technology, Outlook, and web applications to perform daily tasks.
  • Maintain a high level of service and phone etiquette, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Relay product information to consumers while adhering to legal and regulatory instructions and limitations.
  • Document consumer contacts, including interactions, feedback, and questions, in the CRM tool.
  • Cross-train to provide backup support to the Business CSR Team, Receptionist, and other Business Units as assigned.

  • Ability to make skillful use of tools and resources provided to research and respond to consumer inquiries.

  • Maintain pricing, discounting, and promotion knowledge across all SNA channels.
COVID-19 Mitigation Efforts

Nature's Way requires all candidates and visitors to provide proof of COVID-19 status before coming on site. This includes providing a fully completed COVID-19 vaccination card or a negative COVID-19 test result taken within seven calendar days of the on-site visit. Additionally, all visitors must complete a screening questionnaire and wear masks while moving around in our facilities.
