Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Stonebridge Companies. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Management: Compute, classify, and record numerical data to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Accounting Operations: Perform routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data.
  • Transaction Verification: Check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded by other workers.
  • End of Day Process: Initiate and complete the End of Day process to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Run reports as required for Food and Beverage audit and complete the Night Audit checklist for computer procedures daily.
  • Cashiering and Front Office Operations: Maintain cashiering responsibilities and Front Office computer system operation.
  • Guest Service: Handle and follow through on all guest requests daily from 11:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m.
  • Security and Emergency Procedures: Follow safety and emergency procedures and maintain proper record keeping.
  • Policy and Procedure Knowledge: Be familiar with all policies and house rules.
Requirements
  • Education: A high school diploma or general education degree (GED); and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Completions of Bartender's school or course preferred.
