Electrical Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at NANA Regional Corp. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing general electrical work and assorted duties necessary to maintain, repair, or upgrade all facilities and structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs electrical systems and equipment.
- Performs preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensures that all electrical work meets safety standards and codes.
- Responds to emergencies and assists with outages.
- Escorts outside technicians as needed and checks buildings for lights out and replaces as necessary.
- Responds to smoke alarms and performs predictive maintenance such as infrared thermography on Panels, PDU's, UPS's, Load Centers, and MCC's as required.
- Performs work orders as needed and records pertinent information to be entered into the computerized maintenance system.
- Attends safety training and certification classes and maintains building certifications.
- Assists and supports other departments, staff, and/or trade groups as needed or directed.
- Performs other related work as required or assigned.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must possess a HS Diploma or GED.
- Must successfully complete a background check to include criminal and credit and obtain a government clearance.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Possess or able to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance with eligibility to access Sensitive Compartmented Information.
- Journeyman skill level.
- Four years (4) years' experience in electrical maintenance.
Desired Qualifications
- Possess a Top-Secret security clearance with eligibility to access Sensitive Compartmented Information.
- Trade or tech school highly preferred.
