Job Description: Evening Housekeeper/EVS Technician

We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as full-time and part-time evening Housekeepers/EVS Technicians.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout all areas, utilizing proper cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals.
  • Empty trash receptacles, clean wastebaskets, and replace liners.
  • Assist with the distribution and organization of supplies within designated areas.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the janitor's closet for each department.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks to keep the building in excellent condition. This includes vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
  • Thoroughly clean and restock restrooms, ensuring a sanitary environment.
  • Promptly notify supervisors or managers of any necessary repairs.
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently and with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Work independently and diligently when supervisors are not present.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds safely.
  • Experience in handling basic maintenance, cleaning, and janitorial duties.
  • Proficiency in using various cleaning supplies and equipment safely.
