- Provide drug information, patient education, and other clinical pharmacy services to patients and healthcare teams.
- Manage drug therapy to optimize patient outcomes and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Current Pharmacy license in the state of practice.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Ph.D.) degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
