About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Intelligence Enterprise Solutions Engineer. As a key member of our Performance and Solutions Engineering Department, you will play a critical role in developing and advancing innovative solutions to support homeland security operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of intelligence infrastructure, integration, and dependencies to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to integrate or modernize intelligence capabilities, ensuring seamless collaboration and data sharing across systems.
  • Apply system life cycle and system of systems (SoS) concepts to address complex enterprise problems and drive business value.
  • Contribute to technology assessments and design, implementation, and integration of enterprise systems for government sponsors, ensuring alignment with their needs and goals.
  • Assess current and emerging acquisition and resourcing structures underpinning intelligence capabilities, providing expert advice on governance processes and architecture.
  • Collaborate with technical experts and leaders in Government and MITRE organizations to build trusted relationships and drive knowledge sharing and integration.
  • Support the development of work programs with new sponsors and internal activities to advance systems engineering capabilities.
  • Promote the advancement and application of systems thinking and enterprise engineering, driving business value and innovation.
Requirements
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with relevant experience who can immediately contribute at this job step; or equivalent combination of related education and work experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in diverse national or homeland security intelligence domain roles.
  • Experience in a consulting role, advising government leaders and demonstrating professionalism in advocating technology and program directions.
  • Demonstrated success in providing sponsors with data, analysis, and strategies required to address critical issues, set, and meet objectives, and advance short and long-term program goals.
  • Effective in communicating and interacting with technical staff, analysts, and operators with a range of experience and responsibility.
  • Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
  • This position requires a minimum of 50% hybrid on-site work arrangement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS in STEM or a homeland security relevant field.
  • Active Top Secret clearance.
  • Experience working with one or more Government agencies.
  • Task or project management or technical lead experience.
  • Coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and cultivate trusted partnerships with sponsors and key stakeholders.
