Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our quality standards
  • Run sold room reports and verify room status to identify any discrepancies
  • Prioritize room cleaning and update the status of departing guest rooms
  • Assist housekeeping management in managing daily activities and coordinate with other departments as needed
  • Document and resolve any issues with discrepant rooms
  • Prepare and distribute room assignments and communicate changes to the next shift
  • Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records
  • Assist in the hiring, training, and evaluation of housekeeping staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience preferred
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a housekeeping or facilities role
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 55 pounds
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Knowledge of housekeeping operations and procedures
