Responsibilities:- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and families to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with grade-level teams to design and implement curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.
- Analyze student data to inform instruction and drive student growth.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with urban students and communities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
