Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on progress and ensuring expectations are aligned.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to anticipate and mitigate challenges, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Contribute to the company's growth by assisting with proposal preparation and supporting business development, marketing, and recruitment efforts.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience managing engineering projects, preferably in the power transmission and distribution sector.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience and knowledge of substation design is highly preferred.
  • PMP certification is desirable but not required.
