POSITION SUMMARY:
The Program Account Manager (PAM) reports directly to the Director of Program Operations and is tasked with overseeing and enhancing the online store initiatives assigned to them. This role focuses on achieving and surpassing sales, profitability, and service objectives while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and the user community.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the primary liaison for designated client partners regarding their online store needs.
  • Thoroughly manage client contracts and Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, conduct inventory assessments, and execute orders as necessary.
  • Collaborate with various operational teams, including Art, eCommerce, Merchandising, Vendor Relations, Sales Support, and Quality Control.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to generate standard and custom reports, including sales and inventory metrics.
  • Oversee the user experience of the online store, ensuring effective navigation, content creation, and promotional strategies.
  • Utilize ePromos sourcing protocols in partnership with the Merchandising Team to curate and refresh core product collections.
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews at intervals agreed upon with clients.
  • Facilitate weekly client meetings to discuss progress and strategies.
  • Provide innovative solutions for inventory management, fulfillment, and marketing initiatives to meet sales goals.
  • Manage inventory order processes, including analysis and reporting to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned accounts, identifying new stakeholders to broaden the audience.
  • Work closely with Operations, Merchandising, IT, and Accounting teams to enhance program efficiency and accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Promotional Product Industry with a focus on online store account management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of promotional product applications.
  • Exceptional business judgment and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience managing large-scale domestic and international projects.
  • Familiarity with B2B eCommerce platforms and their functionalities.
  • In-depth knowledge of eCommerce technologies and web analytics.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • This position is fully remote within the US.
  • Must be able to accommodate various time zones, primarily Eastern Time.
  • Requires a dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Frequent communication via video conferencing, email, and chat.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to remain stationary for up to 50% of the workday.
  • Proficient in operating a computer and other office equipment.
  • Clear vision for tasks requiring close visual acuity.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a virtual environment.
  • Occasional lifting of objects up to 10 lbs.
