Job Overview

Job Responsibilities
  • As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve excellent outcomes.
  • You will practice in a dynamic clinical environment, leveraging the WellStar Shared Governance Model and the 5-Star Nursing framework to drive evidence-based practice and research.
  • With a focus on upholding the voice of the patient, you will ensure that every individual receives personalized care and support.
Requirements
  • Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia or have a privilege to practice under the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
  • A BLS card from the American Heart Association is required on the first day of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • National certification in your area of specialty is preferred.
