About the Role\

The successful candidate will have experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing medication assistance and documenting resident care.

Key Responsibilities\

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming\
  • Provide medication assistance as directed by the charge nurse\
  • Document resident care and vital signs\
  • Report changes in resident condition to the charge nurse immediately\
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive resident care\

Requirements\
  • \
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred\
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team\

Working Conditions\

This role requires the ability to move consistently throughout the workday, with regular standing, walking, and lifting required. The successful candidate must also be able to push, pull, or move a minimum of 100 pounds utilizing proper body mechanics and assistance.
