Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Hotel Resource. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Housekeeper with various functions, including maintaining exceptional service levels, ensuring high quality standards, and leading the housekeeping team to achieve quality, cleanliness, and Drury standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper with daily housekeeping operations, including guest room cleaning and laundry services.
  • Maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality at all times with team members, customers, and co-workers.
  • Lead the housekeeping team to successfully achieve quality, cleanliness, and Drury standards.
  • Require a thorough knowledge of methods of cleaning guest rooms and operation of laundry services.
  • Require knowledge of the proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals.
  • Require general knowledge of such equipment as vacuums, commercial washers, and dryers.
