Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Developer to join our team at the University System of New Hampshire. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining database-driven websites and applications that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop websites and applications using content management systems like Drupal and WordPress, and web technologies like PHP, HTML, and CSS.
  • Work with complex data structures within relational databases to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into workflows and align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Leverage AI to improve code quality and automate coding tasks, including testing, debugging, and improving efficiency.
  • Provide technical leadership and support to ensure timely delivery of properly functioning application software.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on web development and database-driven applications.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Experience with content management systems like Drupal and WordPress.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience working in higher education.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Relational database management experience.
