Role Summary:

Regional Operations Managers are responsible for overseeing multiple locations within a designated area, concentrating on establishing objectives, recruiting and mentoring General Managers, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the performance of store management teams
  • Design and implement recruitment and training initiatives
  • Track performance metrics for enhancement

  • Guide and support store personnel
  • Enhance Standard Operating Procedures
  • Oversee operational performance and key metrics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Restaurant Management
  • 2+ years of experience managing multiple locations
  • Proven general management background

Working Conditions:

  • Frequent travel is necessary
  • Capability to travel by car, plane, and public transport
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Endurance to work extended shifts
  • Ability to handle a variety of food products
  • Prolonged standing required
  • Extensive computer usage
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
