PTC is a reputable title agency seeking a skilled Escrow Officer with a solid background in the title industry. The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare Closing Disclosure (CD) and HUD Statements along with other necessary closing documentation.
  • Work closely with the title department to address and resolve title-related issues, including but not limited to legal descriptions, easements, property divisions, ownership interests, tax liens, and disputes.
  • Obtain necessary approvals from lenders, sellers, and brokers for loan closing documents.
  • Ensure that all payoffs, taxes, and Homeowners Association (HOA) dues are accurately updated and collected.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients, sellers, buyers, agents, and Asset Management Companies in a professional and timely manner.
  • Facilitate closings with various stakeholders, including real estate agents, lenders, and investors.
  • Confirm details regarding closing dates, locations, required documentation, and funds due with borrowers.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and updates.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
