Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement our research-backed curriculum to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment that fosters learning and growth
  • Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
  • Support the success of your center by achieving goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and corporate partners
Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
  • Excellent communication skills in English
