Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer specializing in land development. This role involves:

  • Developing comprehensive design plans for agricultural projects, including swine, dairy, beef, and poultry.
  • Creating detailed specifications and bidding documents.
  • Securing necessary regulatory permits.
  • Generating in-depth technical reports.
  • Engaging in project management and client interactions.
  • Building client relationships is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in agricultural engineering.
  • Wisconsin Professional Engineer (PE) License is mandatory.
  • Experience with agricultural livestock systems is essential.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred.
  • Strong skills in client relations and project management.
  • Prior experience in farming is beneficial.
