We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Adjustment Data Reporting Specialist to join our team at Elevance Health. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing, reporting, and developing recommendations on data related to complex and varied business metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to lower-level staff and support the development of business performance reports.
  • Analyze data and summarize performance using summary statistical procedures, identifying performance deviations and anomalies.
  • Develop and maintain databases to track business performance and create periodic reports, as well as ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to devise best practices for data analysis and develop decision support tools.
  • Make recommendations based on data analysis and support business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as data analysis, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
  • Experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and statistical software.
