Risk Adjustment Senior Data Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Adjustment Senior Data Reporting Analyst to join our team at Elevance Health. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for translating complex business needs into application software requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise to lower-level consultants on the analysis of business needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.
- Determine specific business application software requirements to address the most highly complex and varied business needs.
- Analyze and design solutions to address varied and highly complex business needs.
- May lead teams of analysts assigned to the most complex projects, typically those of highest importance and impact to the way in which we do business.
Requirements:
- Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 10 years business analysis experience, which should include analysis, project management, working knowledge of mainframe computer, hardware and operating systems.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Consultant with project management skills.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
- Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.

Hybrid Workforce Strategy:
Elevance Health operates in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy. Unless specified as primarily virtual by the hiring manager, associates are required to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week, and potentially several times per week. Specific requirements and expectations for time onsite will be discussed as part of the hiring process. Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location.
